2. Your Account

While we perform regular backups, you are encouraged to use the built-in export feature to maintain your own copies of your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TagNote, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

TagNote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
